You can cancel or change your membership at any time – no cancellation fee will be applied. Just visit your Account and go to the Subscriptions tab. Click on Active Subscriptions and the option to cancel will be present. Upon cancellation, the subscription will still be active until the next billing cycle. If you want to simply change your membership, please cancel your current membership and then select the new preferred membership plan.

FAQ

When arriving on-site with your pup, please take note of the following:

  • Your dog must be on a leash. You can unleash your furry pal once inside the play arena.
  • Please ensure that you have uploaded the proper documentation on your account, signed the waiver, and have had your fur baby undergo a temperament test.
  • Please clean up after your dog. There are doggie bags and cleaning agents provided on premise.

Every dog’s daily schedule should include walking to ensure their physical and mental well-being. Typically, dogs require a minimum of one to two walks per day, unless advised otherwise by your veterinarian. If you’re having trouble walking your dog because of a busy schedule, try:

  • Aiming for a 10-15 walk per day
  • Substituting walks for playing in your yard
  • Taking your dog to a dog café or indoor dog park twice per week

You can cancel or change your membership at any time – no cancellation fee will be applied.

For a seamless purchase experience, please add your billing and credit and/or debit card information to the Billing & Payments tab under your Account. Please ensure that all information is updated and correct for any membership payments to continue without issue.
