Dog Park
At Apollo, our indoor dog park is designed with your furry friend’s happiness in mind. Step into our spacious, dog-friendly sanctuary, where the sound of playful barks and meek conversation fill the room.
We understand that your dog’s comfort and safety are paramount, which is why our park boasts specially designed flooring that’s gentle on paws and joints, providing a secure and inviting environment for dogs of all shapes and sizes to run, jump, and play to their heart’s content.
As your canine companion enjoys the freedom of off-leash fun, you can relax in our ample seating area, equipped with cozy benches and chairs strategically placed for optimal viewing of the action. In addition, our 24-hour live feed camera displays the number of owners and dogs currently in the park, so you can assess the right time to visit the park according to your pup’s social preference and plan your visit accordingly. For more socially sensitive dogs, we recommend attending when there are ten or less dogs in the park.

FAQ
When arriving on-site with your pup, please take note of the following:
- Your dog must be on a leash. You can unleash your furry pal once inside the play arena.
- Please ensure that you have uploaded the proper documentation on your account, signed the waiver, and have had your fur baby undergo a temperament test.
- Please clean up after your dog. There are doggie bags and cleaning agents provided on premise.
Every dog’s daily schedule should include walking to ensure their physical and mental well-being. Typically, dogs require a minimum of one to two walks per day, unless advised otherwise by your veterinarian. If you’re having trouble walking your dog because of a busy schedule, try:
- Aiming for a 10-15 walk per day
- Substituting walks for playing in your yard
- Taking your dog to a dog café or indoor dog park twice per week
You can cancel or change your membership at any time – no cancellation fee will be applied.
Just visit your Account and go to the Subscriptions tab. Click on Active Subscriptions and the option to cancel will be present. Upon cancellation, the subscription will still be active until the next billing cycle.
If you want to simply change your membership, please cancel your current membership and then select the new preferred membership plan.
For a seamless purchase experience, please add your billing and credit and/or debit card information to the Billing & Payments tab under your Account. Please ensure that all information is updated and correct for any membership payments to continue without issue.
In the case of not making payments on time or cancelling automatic payments, your membership may be paused or cancelled.
